All our patients are discussed within a formal, specialist Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meeting, ensuring comprehensive evaluation by experts in skull base surgery, neurosurgery, radiology, oncology, pathology and related specialties. We also participate in international MDT meetings upon request, allowing seamless collaboration with referring centres and supporting continuity of care across borders.
Our service brings together a breadth of expertise rarely found within a single centre. This integrated approach ensures that that every patient benefits from coordinated, consultant-led decision making – from precise diagnosis through to a carefully considered treatment plan, with coordinated support from the wider care team.
We also work with a broad network of trusted collaborators, with expert Diagnostic Radiologists, Interventional Neuroradiologists, Oncologists, Endocrinologists and Neuropathologists involved in MDT pathways as needed.
The MDT team goes across borders for our international patients. We work seamlessly with referring clinicians in the patient’s home country and supply detailed medical reporting after treatment is successfully completed. Once your care in London is completed, we remain available to your physician for consultation, advice and liaison, for as long as required.
Mr Ferguson is a highly experienced Consultant Rhinologist, Facial Plastic Surgeon and Anterior Skull Base Surgeon. He is Lead Clinician for ENT at Imperial College Healthcare and co-founder of the Imperial Facial Reconstruction Unit. His background includes a PhD in Molecular Oncology, a prestigious post-CCT fellowship in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery, and extensive national leadership roles including GIRFT lead for ENT in Northwest London. He has published widely, lectures internationally, and maintains an active research programme in rare skull base tumours.
Mr Davies-Husband is a senior ENT/Head and Neck Consultant at Imperial College Hospitals and lead clinician of the head and neck oncology MDT. He specialises in advanced and complex tumours of the skull base, neck and salivary glands, and is the Trust’s senior surgeon for advanced tumours of the sinuses. His training includes two higher oncology fellowships in craniofacial surgery. The mainstay of his practice comprises tertiary referrals of a complex nature. He is Assistant Editor for the Journal of Clinical Otolaryngology, and Principal Investigator for the PROTIS trial concerning proton therapy for sinus tumours.
Miss Rennie is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Imperial College Hospitals, with subspecialty expertise in advanced endoscopic sinus surgery and anterior skull base surgery. She completed a PhD in sinonasal airflow dynamics and has collaborated across aeronautics, nuclear medicine and otolaryngology. She has published extensively, delivered over 50 national and international presentations, and received 22 academic and clinical awards.
Mr Nair is a senior Consultant Neurosurgeon at Imperial College Hospitals, with 24 years of experience in neurovascular and skull base surgery. His multinational training spans India, Japan and the UK, including a dedicated fellowship in skull base and neurovascular surgery at Fujita Health University. He has spent over a decade as a consultant at Imperial, is widely regarded for his technical expertise, and is a regular invited faculty member at national and international meetings.
Miss Williams is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Imperial College Hospitals, with subspecialty expertise in autologous microsurgical reconstruction and complex head and neck reconstruction. She graduated top of her year with first-class honours and has trained across leading London centres, as well as internationally at University Hospital Tokyo, Memorial Sloan Kettering and the University of Philadelphia Medical Centre. She is dual-qualified in the UK and US and has a strong interest in aesthetic and facial rejuvenation surgery.
Mr Aziz is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Imperial College Hospitals, specialising in complex oculoplastic and orbital surgery. His training spanned centres of excellence, including Moorfields Eye Hospital and the Western Eye Hospital. He leads high-volume cataract services at Imperial and contributes to multiple MDTs covering facial reconstruction, thyroid eye disease, pituitary tumours and skull base pathology. He established the trans-orbital (TONES) surgical approach at Imperial, which is now readily offered to our patients.
