London Skull Base, the private arm of Imperial College Healthcare’s internationally recognised skull base service, is pleased to share that the team’s work has been featured in the July 2026 edition of the Clinical Services Journal (CSJ). The article profiles Imperial’s supraregional skull base MDT, highlighting the advanced surgical techniques, coordinated pathways and specialist expertise that underpin outcomes for patients from the UK and overseas.
The CSJ feature showcases the team’s combined ENT and neurosurgical capability, including highvolume experience in advanced surgical and minimally invasive endoscopic skull base surgery.
Imperial’s skull base MDT is mirrored within London Skull Base’s private service and provides comprehensive care for complex tumours, pituitary disease, sinonasal malignancy, CSF leaks and inflammatory skull base conditions. The article emphasises the team’s integrated diagnostic pathways, rapid access to imaging, coordinated surgical planning and postoperative rehabilitation, all of which are essential for patients travelling from abroad.
London Skull Base continues to offer private and international patients’ direct access to the same clinicians featured in CSJ, including leading ENT skull base surgeons and consultant neurosurgeons specialising in anterior and lateral skull base disease.
